The brand looked to Brandman Design to strategize & develop an identity that would fix their identification & differentiation problems and refresh messaging to reach more clients. The new face of the brand would boost confidence & ensure referred customers that they're in the right place.

So what if you provide premium services but your image don't quite come along?

What we did?

Crafting a new logo based on suggestions and the previous version (which looks more like clipart) wasn't a case. We needed to be sure our work brings actual results. The only way of doing so was to start from an intelligence stage. Brandman Design conducted series of stakeholders interviews where we ask a massive amount of business questions. Following that, we have conducted strategy workshops over Zoom to create customer profiles and define the brand.

After the comprehensive thinking stage, we have moved forward to production, which creates a bold, confident brand identity for Forge and some print assets, allowing them to leave footsteps no matter where they go.

A new strong identity helps to position the brand as the ultimate complex problem solver in North Carolina. In addition, three core brand values: confidence, competence, and compassion, was lock into visual language, working perfectly alongside brand name and catchy "We make cases" tagline. As a result, Forge can now move forward and put less effort into building trust & authority in the industry.
